Welcome to our FAQ section to serve both current and prospective students. You should find all the answers to your questions here, but let us know if that’s not the case and we’ll happily help out.

How can I book a course?

Go to our "Book Online" tab and see what courses are being offered and enter your name and contact information and continue to checkout. Please make sure to read the confirmation email so that you can complete payment via WhatsApp.

How do I pay for my course?

When you book a cooking class or workshop with us you will receive an email with our contact information, you will contact us 3 days before the course and must complete payment in this time frame or else your spot will be removed and you won't be able to attend the course. We accept Cliq, Bank Transfers, or Cash in person. PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF A CLASS OR WORKSHOP.

What is our cancellation policy?

Please contact us if you are not able to come to our workshops or classes, we prefer that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance to your reservation and payment will be refunded, if not notified within 24 hours you will forfeit your payment and no refund will be issued.
